Meet our Co-Founders:
Matthew Bergmann
I am excited to welcome you to B-Real Solutions Education Consulting and Advocacy. I have been a licensed Special Education/ESE Teacher and Administrator for over 29 years in 3 different states. During this time I have gained experience running and creating programs to meet the needs of students in educational settings while, analyzing and utilizing the resources available. Collaborative relationships between schools and students/families have always driven me in creating the most effective academic experiences. Some of the methods that I have used to do this have included training both community groups, staff, administrators, school boards, and family outreach to create an environment of positive connectivity so that achievement is maximized.
As the educational landscape changes, I have created staff trainings to build capacity, and ensure compliance, and create family/student successes. I put emphasis and value using my increased skill set to help retain staff through mentoring and team building, as well as providing administrative support to keep our quality staff and train our new staff. During my roles I have participated or supervised thousands of Due Process meetings including, IEPs, Eligibility, Manifestations, Change of Placement, Requests for Testing, State Complaint Mediations, as well as State Compliance. This allows me to utilize my experience and training to help schools districts, educational companies, and individual families/students get exactly what they need to be successful.
My wife Nichole and I have raised 4 children to adulthood, including 1 with life long disabilities. This has provided a unique perspective by sitting on both sides of the table. Nichole Bergmann
As co-founder you should know that I have a diverse background in both education and business, as well being a parent who has a child with life disabilities, which allows me help people with wider perspective and passion for increasing knowledge and well being for both families and schools.
I have previously been a parent liaison hired by a county level educational grant to assist in school district with family/school communications, educational program coordinator, classroom teacher, and also a business/site manager in a real estate market, which allows me to use my strength of successful and timely project coordination, increased successful meeting communication outcomes with respectful conclusions. I will also be coordinating the completion of documents, transactions, financial items/billing, and all other needs that we are able to help you with.
We are dedicated to making your needs valued, and cared for in the most professional and timely manner. We look forward to meeting you and creating meaningful positive effects and long-term results.
